Our firm is seeking a Certified Public Accountant to join our accounting department. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of bookkeeping, auditing, and budgeting procedures, will be self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Establish accounting policies and procedures
• Manage accounts payable / receivable
• Monitor bookkeeping activities
• Create business and financial reports.
• Oversee ledger reconciliations
• Prepare tax returns
• Prepare cost estimates.
• Prepare budgets
• Provide advice on business, finance, and tax matters.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies.
• Keep company financial information confidential
• Stay up to date on industry developments and changes in regulations

Requirements and Skills

• Experience as a Certified Public Accountant
• Knowledge of accounting and financial procedures
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Batchelor degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
