Is seeking an experienced Chief Operations / Service Manager with a strong background in management and customer service.

This candidate will enjoy working as part of a team to manage the daily operations of our business.

This candidate will manage a crew of 5-10 technicians with multiple installations and service calls per day/week.

This individual will contribute to overseeing company operations and processes, project timeline, and employee productivity while building a “Can Do Attitude” culture to ensure team members & company thrive.

The ideal individual for this position has strong leadership skills and must be attentive to details along with understanding processes, invoicing, and design jobs.

Service and Installation experience for residential and light commercial hvac is a MUST Requirement.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
