• Degree in engineering, CAD technology, or equivalent.
• Strong engineering or technical background, especially in civil design.
• 1-5 years of progressive experience in AutoCad, expert level.
• Thorough understanding of public right-of-way, private easements, existing utilities, such as water, sewer, gas, electric, communication, and other underground and aerial utilities.
• Detail oriented and committed to a quality control process.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to be flexible in daily duties and level of responsibility, encompassing redlining as well as leading plan production efforts.
• Flexible to work outside of normal business hours, if required.
