Civil Engineering Technician

Davy Engineering Co. is seeking a Civil Engineering Technician to join our team.

Davy Engineering Co. is a consulting engineering firm that provides services to municipal and industrial clients. Our specialties are wastewater and water supply, however, we also do a large amount of general sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain and local street work. Our projects are in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support experienced civil engineers in execution of various civil engineering projects, preliminary, design and construction phases.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to oversee construction projects in the field.
• Serve as an engineering representative on general water, wastewater, and municipal projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Technical college degree in Civil Engineering Technology.
• 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong surveying and computer skills are essential and proficiency with AutoCAD is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel within a 200-mile radius of La Crosse, WI.

We have approximately 60 staff members with about 1/2 working on engineering and 1/2 on water analysis through our division, Davy Laboratories.
