Recommends solutions to current, complex issues using learning from past experiences with calls, contacts, and project work.

Some responsibilities of this position include greeting visitors, faxing, emailing, copying, organizing, data entry, filing, office projects, running errands

One year experience and medical assistant certificate preferred, high school diploma required.

Full time permanent salaried position. Administrative support for owners and general manager including financial reporting. File sales and use tax monthly.
