Job Description :
Starting pay for this position is $20.10 per hour.
Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing, prioritizing, and completing claims support transactions such as: document indexing, third party payer maintenance, electronic document conversion, and basic administrative support requests.
- Using multiple applications to process transactions while using appropriate judgment.
- Prioritizing multiple tasks and unpredictable work volumes to ensure that work is produced on-time.
- Receiving, maintain and processing electronic media and other incoming claims support material along with altering digital photos, documents and media files to ensure optimum viewing.
Minimum Requirements Include:
- One year of general business experience demonstrating excellent customer service and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
- Proficient typing/data entry skills
