Job Description :

At the Center for Nonprofit Law, we work exclusively for nonprofit organizations. More specifically, we assist organizations that we believe are helping to make this a more compassionate, safe, just, and humane world. Our office’s mission is to provide excellent and highly specialized legal services and organizational support to nonprofit organizations in order to help them accomplish their valuable role in our society at a cost that is affordable.
The Center for Nonprofit Law is a small office with less than 10 employees. We depend on each person to be a valuable part of our team, to complete various goals, communicate effectively with others, and contribute to the positive environment we greatly value.

We are looking for a Client Support Assistant that has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is detail oriented, is eager to learn, adapts well to new responsibilities, works well with a team, and passionately shares similar values with our office and the nonprofit organizations we work for.

In addition to offering competitive hourly pay, our office also provides each full time employee with a health insurance bonus of $3,000.00 a year in order to purchase a health insurance plan and to ensure our employees live healthy lives.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and on a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to set priorities and organize workload while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to take initiative and work proactively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to accept and give feedback to others

Preferred Experience:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree with relevant experience
  • Experience working with or for Nonprofit organizations
  • Clerical or administrative office experience
