REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One-year collections preferred.
• Direct customer service/sales experience required.
• Excellent telephonic communication, negotiation and analytical skills needed.
• Bilingual (Spanish) desired.
• Experience in a call center environment beneficial.
• Basic to intermediate operational knowledge of general office and PC equipment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Traditional office setting. Remote work available.
• Sedentary role.
• Flexible work schedule that may include evenings and /or weekend (Saturday) hours. Must be available M-F, 10am EST - 7pm EST, and Saturday 8:30am EST - 12:30pm EST.
