Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire's experience.

Required Education and Experience:
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English). Two years of relevant experience in journalism and/or communications-related roles.
More than 2 years of professional experience in marketing/communications. Some professional experience in a higher education setting.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of AP Style Guide.
Experience with Kentico, Wordpress, or other website CMS platforms.
Excellent interviewing, writing and proofreading skills.
Ability to interact and engage with a wide range of stakeholders to establish relationships and create a pipeline of story leads.
Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with the utmost discretion.
