Our valued transportation partner is looking for a talented Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their Human Resources team!

What will you be responsible for as the Compensation Manager?

• Advise leaders on competitive compensation and benefits based on market and competitor research within the transportation industry
• The Compensation Manager will collaborate with various leaders throughout the organization
• Develop, communicate and execute a competitive compensation strategy to include compensation, paid time off programs, and other reward and recognition programs that are cost-effective and consistent with labor market trends and organizational objectives
• Manage and create job descriptions that are FLSA compliant
• Create pay and compensation policies
• Regularly analyze trends throughout the organization and within various roles

Who qualifies for the Compensation Manager role?

• Interested candidates should have at least 5 years of Compensation & Benefits experience
• International wage/compensation/benefits experience is a plus
• Candidates with transportation industry experience desired
• Candidates with knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws

What is the salary range for the Compensation Manager?

• Base salary range is $110,000 - $130,000 based on experience
• Excellent benefits available including 3 weeks paid vacation, holiday pay, medical, dental, vision, 401k with employer match, STD, LTD, Company paid life insurance, EAP, and more
