COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Citizens Community Bank, Mascoutah, IL is seeking to fill the position of Compliance Officer. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the bank’s Compliance Management Program utilizing the Compliance Risk Assessment. This position will manage compliance staff and has the authority and independence to cross departmental lines, access all areas of bank operations, and effect corrective action. The Compliance Officer participates in various committees and advises the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Senior Management, and bank personnel of emerging compliance issues and consults and guides the bank in the establishment of controls to manage compliance risks.
