Computer Support Technician - Qualifications:

  • Experience with supporting multiple versions of Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based storage and applications.

Computer Support Technician - Job Responsibilities Overview:

  • Support & consult with clients.
  • Identify appropriate technology solutions.
  • Maintain working knowledge of technology utilized by clients.
  • Develop skill sets to support new service and product offerings.
  • Identify and recruit new clients.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Computer Support Technician - Technical Skills Overview:

  • Ability to support desktop computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to support TCP/IP and connections to the Internet.
  • Understanding of Network Security.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Computer Support Technician - Personal Skills Overview:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Extremely strong verbal/oral and writing skills.
  • Excellent diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to learn new systems & software.
  • Able to clearly document solutions and instructions.
  • Able to manage, track & prioritize multiple projects/tasks.
  • Able to bring projects to timely completion.
  • Team player with ability to work independently.
  • Able to continuously stand or walk.
  • Able to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Travel to client sites. Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
