Chipperfield Ag Erectors is seeking an experienced Controller to join our growing team. As the Controller, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, job costing, accounting, and financial analysis. You will work closely with senior management to develop strategies and plans to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the company at both project and company level
• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial monthly and quarterly close out and reporting
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management on areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Manage cash flow and make strategic financial decisions to support business growth
• Develop and maintain the system of internal accounting controls and financial

reporting

• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations across the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5 years experience in similar position, construction industry preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
