Premier Interior Development, Inc., is in search of a detail-oriented, self-driven, Construction Project Engineer who is looking to join our growing team.

Responsibilities Will Include

• Work on single or multiple construction projects
• Provide support & document control to Project Managers
• Support field Superintendents completing required paperwork to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Maintains project milestones and master schedules
• Manages Architect for timely and accurate responses
• Procurement of supplies and materials to complete projects
• Manages project RFI's & Submittals
• Manages project budgets and change orders
• Manages project record documents "as-builts"
• Reviews submittals for conformance to plans and specifications.
• Conduct periodic, field job-walks to ensure quality and consistency with company policies and practices
• Prepares all meeting agendas and meeting minutes.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, & Blue Beam
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Follow Up Skills
• Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills
• Construction Knowledge and ability to read drawings
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight as well as collaborate well within a project team
• Forward thinking to ensure results of delays or emergencies at construction site are avoided at all costs
• Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in Commercial Construction Management

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• A 4-year degree in Construction Management
• Estimating Experience
• Procore Experience

• $85,000 - $95,000 base salary (Depends on Experience)
