I. PREPARE FOR AND ATTEND COMPANY MEETINGS

II. MANAGE SCHEDULES

• Keep schedules updated – report schedules weekly to Operations Manager.

• Maintain daily written log of activities on all job sites.

• Schedule subcontractors and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.

• Communicate schedule to Vice President and President.

III. MANAGE JOBSITES- FROM PERMIT APPLICATION TO COMPLETION.

• Open the job site at the beginning of the day and secure the job site at the end of the day.

• Walk all projects daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.

• Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.

• Walk jobsites weekly with President.

IV. MANAGE SUBCONTRACTORS AND VENDORS/ORDERS

• Quality Control

• Efficiency

V. MANAGE CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS

• Communicate with clients and meet with them when required.

• Take weekly photos of houses under construction and upload to shared MCH files.

VI. MANAGE WARRANTY PROCESS

• One Year Warranty

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
