• 5 to 10 years progressively increasing accounting experience and responsibilities. For example, A/R, A/P, cash management, banking relationship, auditor interaction, monthly close, reconciliations, validations (including cycle counting), journal entries, and income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flow preparation. Experience preparing internal financial reports and chairing biweekly leadership meeting preferred. Numbers tell a story, numbers for the sake of numbers aren't sufficient to drive any business forward.
• B.S. Accounting required, CPA preferred
• Expert level proficiency with Crystal Reports, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficiency with Word, etc.
• Ability to timely learn and understand our integrated ERP system (IQMS).
• Confident and comfortable reporting to Owner. Not a "yes person".
• Desire to be our Chief Financial Officer within 1 to 2 years.
