Job Description :
Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate litigation attorney for a multi-month engagement opportunity to work in-house with a large publicly-traded company. Experience with government investigations, complex litigation, and compliance matters is desired. Familiarity with managing eDiscovery projects, matter management and data rooms is essential.

Compensation
The annualized compensation for this position is anticipated to be $100,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.

Required Qualifications for the Corporate Litigation Attorney:
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Graduate of ABA-accredited law school
- Experience managing eDiscovery projects
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 200 Firm is preferred
- Excellent academic credentials
- License to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
- Outstanding references
