Compensation:
Annual salary range $85,193.47 to $135,244.64. The Annual salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.
The compensation listed above is based on full-time employment status, full-time is 40 hours per week.

About the Role
The TeleRadiology Credentialing manager provides operational management of day-to-day activities to ensure high satisfaction to our internal and external customers. The manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure that physicians are credentialed on time for our teleradiology locations and mitigate any obstacles that would prevent this. Highly communicative and collaborative, the manager will be the main point of contact to collaborate with physician onboarding teams and medical staff departments at partner locations for newly hired physicians and new sites of service. The manager creates an efficient structure to support out of state licensing needs and the various levels of credentialing requirements of our hospital partners.

Qualifications
  • Navigate through competing priorities while leading the team to expected outcomes.
  • Experience managing the complexities of out of state physician licensing and associated CME requirements
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a forward and critical thinker that can mitigate obstacles and find solutions.
  • Recognizes internal and external stakeholders. Monitors and ensures team is delivering a high level of satisfaction.
  • Utilize tools such as credentialing software and MS office suite to maximize efficiency.
  • Proven and strong attention to detail.
  • Understands the significance of thorough and accurate reporting.
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A team builder that creates a functional team and retains quality staff.
  • Comfortable cultivating relationships with partner medical staff departments, physicians, leadership, and related departments within the organization.
Education, Certification and Licensures
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS)
  • Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) a plus
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) a plus

Experience
  • 5 or more years’ experience in healthcare leadership. Medical staff services/credentialing preferred.
  • Project management experience a plus.
  • Experience in operations management in a fast-paced, competitive, subspeciality medical practice a plus.
  • Any equivalent of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
