Customer Sales and Service Representative

Grosfillex, a global manufacturer of commercial and residential patio products and wall panels is actively recruiting for a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative to support the Customer Service Team.

With a culture that supports work/life balance and flexibility, the Customer Sales & Service Representative position will be a Remote role, however, we are looking for candidates that are within a commutable distance to the Robesonia, PA location.

The Customer Sales & Service Representative provides the highest level of customer service to current and new customers with the goal being to exceed customer expectations at all times. Critical thinking, time management and problem-solving skills are key functions of this position, and needed by all applicants. Individuals must also project a positive attitude and embrace being a team player. Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates are a plus.

Minimum Qualifications Include:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· 3+ years related customer service/office experience (preferred)

· Proficient PC Skills and ability to work with basic office equipment

· Strong problem solving along with an open mind and a drive for success

· Ability to multi task and work independently with proven results

· Ability to lift 10-20 pounds

Specific Duties Include:

· Receive, verify and process orders in a timely manner according to the company’s policies and procedures

· Complete all necessary follow up to ensure orders are shipped on time according to the customer’s requirements

· Attention to detail while handling all customer inquiries and any special requests

· Answer customer calls and provide resolution

· Provide accurate freight quotations for orders

· Research deductions and process credits/debits to reconcile accounts

· Provide RMA’s when requested and complete all additional follow up

· Provide back up and the ability to cover for other team members on a regular basis

· Ability to work closely with our internal and external sales team to promote quality results

· Keep supervisor informed of pertinent situations and maintain an open line of communication in the department

· Provide follow-up and manage assigned accounts daily from start or order to delivery

· Willingness to work closely with other departments to resolve problems

· Ability to work independently to meet time lines and prioritize workload
