Compensation: $18.00-23.00/hr + up to $3,000 in annual bonuses

Your core responsibility in this role will be to provide quality customer service based on inbound inquiries, providing customers with accurate order quotations and product information. There is no cold-calling or upselling of product in this position. You will be trained by a knowledgeable, friendly group of peers who will invest in your career success; and in the process, you will learn more about other companies, cultures, manufacturing, and global business practices. This is a business-to-business sales environment, so customers are pleasant and professional. Working hours are normal business hours with no nights, holidays, or weekends. Building relationships is an essential and rewarding part of the job. This role has development potential to move into more complex layers of Inside Sales functions such as: Key Accounts, Strategic Quotes, Sales Engineering, or managerial roles.

Work Environment: Office setting with friendly, out-going, team-oriented staff. Candidates should anticipate a very fast-paced, productive work environment.
