OFFICE POSITION

Eagle Transport is a local, family owned airfreight trucking company started in 1981. We are a well-established company that is continually growing and looking for strong team players.

We need a reliable, self-motivated individual who can work independently to accurately complete a variety of tasks. Airfreight transportation such as local trucking, courier service, or shipping and receiving experience is a definite plus. You must have good communication skills in English.

Required for qualified applicants:

• You must be able to produce USA citizenship or naturalization documents needed to pass a TSA Security Threat Assessment.

Responsibilities:

• Answering Phones and emails with data entry from both
• Paperwork processing and some filing
• Positive Attitude, attention to detail, high-level of customer service, and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to learn, adapt, and thrive under pressure
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Able to maintain effective communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers through emails, phone calls and verbal contact
• Fast-paced, challenging, fun and rewarding work environment
• Looking for candidates who are observant, think independently, and have excellent keyboarding skills, strong organizational skills, and email communication skills
• Represent this company in a positive and appropriate manner

Shift is Monday through Friday, 10:30 am to 7:30 pm with occasional Sunday work.
