Now hiring full time Customer Relations Specialist!! The #1 Chevy Dealer in Mid-Missouri is looking for a self motivated, highly organized individual with great communication skills to join their team. This position is bonus incentive based. The Specialist would be responsible for generating sales and service appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet and by phone. Other opportunities include, but are not limited to, rescheduling missed appointments, following up on unsold prospects, and reaching out to existing customers. The Specialist must be able to respond in a prompt and precise manner and must be able to operate the company’s CRM software. Must be customer service oriented, energetic, and have a strong work ethic. Fantastic career potential!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Generate Sales and Service Appointments
• Respond to internet inquiries quickly and accurately
• Input all customer data into the CRM
• Be able to navigate the dealerships CRM system
• Perform any other job related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Capable of typing 80+ words per minute
• Must be able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls, internet leads, and follow up lists
• Ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
