POSITION SUMMARY

We seek to hire a positive, energetic, and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to talk about signs! This includes assisting customers via phone, chat, e-mail, and face to face, and various other duties.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Be the face and voice of Office Sign Company.
  • Answer the phone and support all customer questions and product inquiries.
  • Assist customers with placing orders.
  • Must be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Constantly deliver value to our customers through every interaction.
  • Increase the chance our customer will be 100% satisfied in their use of our product by being proactive and having a strong attention to detail.
  • Stay up to date company products, by learning our products, and become knowledgeable on materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Turn customer complaints into a positive experience.
  • Consistently work towards common goals of the Service team.
  • Deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Bring an innovative approach to help us be the best sign company in the world.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master the use of the phone and computer systems.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel or similar word processing/spreadsheet software.
  • Experience with fast-paced, accurate data entry is a plus.
