Shift: 8am – 4:30pm (Day Off = Sunday and Monday)
Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $20.00

Responsibilities:
• Provides customer service support with order entry and phone sales responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of the most vulnerable customers
• Processes data entry for driver logs and credits
• Confers with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or obtain details of complaints
• Assists senior sales staff with calls and various administrative tasks as requested
• Keeps notations of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints as well as actions taken
• Resolves customer’s service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills
• Recognize individual customer service needs and resolve their inquiry
• Checks to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer’s problems
• Manages incoming and outgoing calls on a multi-line phone
• Responds to e-mail inquiries in a timely fashion
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of customer service experience (including over-the-phone and in-person)
• Experience in de-escalating conflict
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to problem-solve
• Positive friendly attitude
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced/energetic environment
• Self-motivated, self-starter that works well in a team environment
• Previous experience with the Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook primarily) strongly preferred
• Ability to work cooperatively with all departments as necessary
• Multi-tasking with a strong emphasis on thinking on your feet
• Demonstrated customer service success
• 10 key accuracy and proficiency
