Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Pennsylvania (Required). Dispenses medication and directly supervises and checks medication preparation by technician staff.

Therapist must maintain an active Texas state license for Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, treat, form discharge
