Long Lake Marina is hiring! We are looking for an individual for a year round full-time position. Weekends and holidays are a must! Come spend your summer working on the water, and spend the winter months heated boat showroom. You will be working at both positions seasonally, but be will have gainful employment year round. Social media experience will get you to the front of the line!

Overview

The Front End Coordinator is the first person the customer will see at our waterfront location. You will be interacting with customers and need to represent the company in a respectful and professional manner. You will be responsible for assisting retail and rental customers, answering phones, and helping ensure the day to day tasks are completed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers through rental process.

• Assist retail customers

• Responsible for end of day procedures

• Ensure general cleanliness of retail area
• Assist Operations manager in planning rental deliveries
• Answer phones
• Book rental equipment
• Communicate with service team
• Social Media Management and Marketing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Efficient and Self-Motivated
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong social skills
• Organized
• Willing to work holiday and weekends
• Basic understanding of computer programs (Excel, Word etc)
