We have an immediate opening for a Cutting Tool Specialist/Project Manager in the Greater Greensboro, North Carolina area to work with our team at our customer facility. Our ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing, well organized, with the ability to function in an ever-changing and fast paced environment.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Cutting Tool Application Support and Process Improvement Support

· Identifying, Providing, and implementing documented productivity improvements

· Working with, developing, and Managing support team

· Working with and promoting key vendor partners

· Develop and Maintain customer relationships.

· Service Customer Requests Appropriately

· Machining Troubleshooting

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

• Cutting Tool Application
• Machine Programming Knowledge- helpful

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Extensive Knowledge in cutting tools with Tooling Application Experience

· High Organizational Skills and Prioritization Skills

· Attention to detail and follow-through.

· Ability to excel in fast paced, multi-task environments.

· Knowledge of MS programs including email and EXCEL.

· Product line knowledge

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment.

· Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented

· Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Aptitude

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Position requires working on-site at our customer’s manufacturing facilities
