• Their Enterprise clients use a website that allows them check their network performance, manage network incidents, put in support tickets, see/ manage what products or circuits they have, how much they’re spending in each location, they can add new services or upgrade services, etc.
• This also allows the company to have access to a bunch of data points. For example they will be able to see which customers put in a support ticket and what their experience was. They can see which customers have which services and are happier with which services, etc.
• They currently have most of their clients in the portal and they provide reporting to different groups who want to different customer-related data reporting. For example, one of their business groups may want us to analyze and develop a report that shows how which type of customer buys different types of Internet Products (such as..”what products do our clients who are in the Medical industry buy?”).

Qualifications:

• Experience analyzing and reporting web/ digital analytics (data that is pulled from a website). A data analyst analyzing and developing reports from a website).
• Must have experience using Adobe Analytics to analyze digital/ web analytics and build reporting.
• Must have experience developing SQL Queries in order to compile data for reporting
• Experience analyzing data and building reporting dashboards in Tableau depending on what reports the business wants to see
• Must have the experience or ability to talk to business stakeholders to understand what reports need to be built and then experience presenting the data/ reports and explaining their reports and why they did what they did.
• Must have a natural curiosity – doesn’t need to be told what to go analyze. This person will go to the business and think about different ways of solving the business’s needs.
