Overview:
In addition to Full-Time employment with our partner, this program provides NO COST skills-based training to highly motivated individuals with a foundation in data analytics. This training is tailored to the specific role and includes both technical and interpersonal components. This unique work-study opportunity differs from the typical job. Our solution, for those who are ready, will put you on the right personal, academic, and professional path while providing the necessary support and mentorship to help keep you there.

Candidate Profile:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • MUST be comfortable working data
  • Availability to work full-time
Program Overview:
  • Phase 1 - Training (4 Weeks):
  • Classes and certification test preparation will be held Monday – Friday
  • Training will include:
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Technical Training and Certifications (as needed)
  • Phase 1 Compensation: $650/Week Stipend
  • Phase 2 - Full-Time Employment:
  • Full-Time work (38 hours/week) with a training component (2 hours/week)
  • Throughout the program you will receive continued support and individual mentorship to ensure your success.
  • Phase 2 Compensation:
  • $30.00/Hour (Plus Benefits after 90 days)
Position Description:
The Data Analyst will apply expertise in business data analysis to understand data and integration requirements and guiding solution design and architecture to meet these needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze nuanced and data-intensive information to draw meaningful conclusions
  • Identify and aggregate data from internal and external sources
  • Work with large data sets to conduct exploratory data analysis, using error metrics to assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data gathering techniques
  • Provide support including troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Conduct analysis of power system data through the application of analytical tools and solutions to identify trends and areas of opportunities
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • MUST have a solid foundation in Data Analytics
  • Solution-Focused
  • Strong foundation in mathematical skills including statistics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in data analytics and metrics optimization
  • A methodical, investigative, and inquisitive mind
  • Capable of working independently and support multiple tasks concurrently

  • Full Time
Salary

  • Training: $650/Week
  • Full-Time: $30.00/Hour (plus benefits)
