Position Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for working with data exchange partners and internal teams to ensure the accuracy of data exchange services at Capital Rx. A successful candidate will possess business knowledge, relationship building, and relationship management skills as well as the ability to find root causes of complex problems. Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as point of coordination for data exchange issue identification and issue resolution with internal teams and external integration partners.
• Identify and triage issues and support the resolution of all errors related to transferring, loading, and management of data exchange functions.
• Proactively monitoring system status and data exchange services to quickly identify potential abnormalities that might impact quality and accuracy.
• Ensuring that all issues and errors are resolved using designated operating standards and within defined service levels.
• Assist with the validation of data integrity through regular audits and reconciliation processes.
• Participate in projects with data exchange impacts including vendor changes, client migrations, and client add-on requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of previous work experience, preferably in IT, data exchange, healthcare, PBM (integrated accumulations, eligibility, claims data)
• Ability to match key PBM concepts and data fields across various systems and file layouts to ensure consistency and accuracy of data transfers.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems to discover and resolve root causes
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, AWS services, and other technical data skills preferred
• EDI & FTP experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated detail-oriented problem solver
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment and collaborate in a team setting

Base Salary: $55,000 - $70,000

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for the NY - based position. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, knowledge, and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
