Support the Member Service Center with incoming calls as scheduled, monitor activities and remain flexible to changes. Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. Social distancing guidelines in place.

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Resume and proven working experience as a bartender or server a plus but not required.

Track project reporting and deliverables using appropriate tools. Strong Project Management Skills, with certified PM accreditation being preferred.
