Our office is in need of a capable and experienced dental receptionist and dental assistant who can handle a high volume of daily customer calls and dental treatments. The ideal candidate has a great attitude and is willing to work hard to help us in providing excellent service to our patients. The receptionist will greet patients on the phone, help schedule appointments, take payments and perform various other clerical duties. He or she must have excellent interpersonal skills to work with our staff of dentists and specialists.

This person must also have dental assisting experience, and will be expected to perform at high levels of excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Articulate dental office policies and fees. Educate patients about treatment options.
• Answer patient phone calls.
• Cosmetic and restorative procedures.
• Arrange appointments.
• Take x-rays.
• File insurance forms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
