Current State license as a Registered Nurse. Ability to evaluate own daily practice for errors and pursue corrective action.

Answer inbound calls and chat. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Contact Centre/Voice Operations handling customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
