• The position requires the command of the English Language. This is a well estiblished dental practice and has been in practice over sixty five years. Communication with patients regarding setting up dental appointments, patient treament plans, pre-aurothrizing of dental treatment and much more. The candidate will answer multi-line phone system, check and respond to emails and texts request from paitents and/or reffering dental practices. This office uses Dentrix dental software for keeping track of patient's charting/billing information. Must be able to communicate with the public and troubleshoot patient's issues. This position will collect estimated portions from patients and be able to work as a team member. This is a very busy office with much to do.
