Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, Master's Degree preferred.

Experience/Skill Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of fluid mechanics and structural analysis relating to fluid handling equipment.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in various manufacturing processes such as casting, injection molding, machining, metal forming.
• Proficient at 3D CAD (prefer Solidworks) and familiar with FEA & CFD software (prefer Ansys).
• Diverse technical background with hands-on and analytical capabilities.
• Strong business acumen to understand the impact engineering decisions have on every aspect of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and continuously improve engineering standards (design, testing, etc.) and processes. Understand their impact to the entire business.
