ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Utilize Sales skills on qualified appointments

Meet and build rapport with customers in their homes

Determine their design needs

Educate customers by presenting the Rebath solution

Close sales

Utilize project and design skills on qualified appointments

Conduct job site measuring

Photograph spaces appropriately

Create design’s with customers

Select appropriate products

Correctly calculate costs of projects

Learn and implement the Rebath Franchise Sales system, tools, training and resources

QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience; in-home sales experience a plus

Home improvement related sales experience preferred

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Outstanding communication skills

Responsible and reliable

Coachable mindset

Competitive by nature

Clean driving record and background check

Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic

Desire to help your clients find the best solutions for their needs

Independant, self-motivated, disciplined, high achiever

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM a plus

High school diploma or GED required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
