Short Description:

The role will cover all aspects of user management covering support, help desk ticket management, purchasing & equipment deployment and coordinating with other IT members for new application deployment.

Full Description:

This role is responsible for performing all aspects of hardware deployments, including equipment configuration, imaging and quality assurance. Key areas of responsibility include maintaining client images for laptop deployment, performing QA checklists on all equipment, meeting deployment timelines, troubleshooting problems, and tracking and account for all assets.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and imaging of new tablets and laptop
• Install and configure software applications and hardware peripherals
• Maintain calm, patient and professional attitude with all customers
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware & software issues
• Installation of various hardware & software products
• Life cycle support of mobile devices & laptops
• Create and Deploy Images by the 1,000
• Thorough documentation procedures
• Mentor and train new technicians

Requirements:

• Experience in large scale laptop refresh deployments
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience using ticketing systems to track and document work
• Heavy experience with desktop imaging
• Experience meeting SLA requirements
• Experience with imaging/cloning/ghosting technologies
• Experience using file conversion software
• Experience with Mobile Device Management experience is ideal
• Excellent customer service skills
