Role Summary

Rapid Response Monitoring is looking for an innovative, tech-savvy, data-driven Digital Brand Strategist who has expert experience in handling both paid and unpaid marketing platforms. In this role, you will guide the strategy for our online brand identity including web, social media, email marketing, company blog, as well as additional digital channels to further our digital marketing growth.

About the Position

• Develop & implement digital growth strategies including enterprise-wide social media brand advocacy programs, social selling, and content curation
• Manage, track and report on success of social media campaigns (organic and paid) on a monthly/quarterly basis and develop improvement strategies
• Oversee content scheduling of in-house-created content on an ongoing and timely basis
• Coordinate meetings with various internal departments to gather feedback on content and projects while providing guidance based on industry standards and trends
• Lead sales enablement projects to increase pipeline velocity & lead quality
• Liaise with Talent Acquisition to build & implement employer brand marketing & recruitment lead generation strategy

• Demonstrable social media marketing experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Passion for digital media and desire to expand understanding and use of emerging social media

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven Digital Marketing Strategy experience
• Proficiency in social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
• Excellent writing, editing (images/ text), presentation and communication skills, including ability to think on one's feet and respond in clear, credible, and concise terms
• Experience in graphic design software and tools (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, FTP file transfers, etc.) on MS or Mac

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing e-mail marketing campaigns and customer facing blogs
• Well versed in the latest video technologies, styles, and branding guidelines
• Experience utilizing Social Media Management software such as Hootsuite and Social Listening and Analytics tools such as Brandwatch

COVID-19 Requirements

• Must be fully vaccinated: 2 doses of Pfizer/Moderna or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson, 2 weeks prior or more
