Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman is an international consumer protection law firm with a mission to help clients pursue justice for any wrongdoings or damages caused by the wrongful actions of large corporations. We are looking for a Digital Integration Specialist to join our team and help us streamline our digital processes. The ideal candidate should have experience with Salesforce, FormAssembly, Formstack, AWS, or other comparative platforms, and be well-versed in project management, API integrations, and platform management.

Our ideal candidate must have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred,relevant experience will be considered
• At least 3-5 years of experience working with digital platforms and APIs, preferably in a project management or integration role
• Experience with Salesforce, Form Assembly, Formstack, AWS, or other comparative platforms
• Solid understanding of API development and management
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently

What you’ll work on:

• Work with various teams within the firm to identify areas where digital integration can streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Identify and implement integrations between different platforms to streamline workflows and increase productivity
• Collaborate with developers to create custom APIs for internal and external use
• Manage and monitor the performance of our digital platforms and APIs, ensuring optimal performance and uptime
• Troubleshoot issues related to digital integration and escalate as needed to developers or platform providers
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the digital integration space, and recommend new tools and platforms to enhance our digital ecosystem
