Essential Functions:

• Develop and manage a diverse network of affiliates to drive traffic to our clients’ web sites and call centers.
• Grow a diverse base of publishers to ensure financial goals are met or exceeded.
• Actively recruit publishers specializing in digital media on CPA/CPC models.
• Build relationships and work hand in hand with publishers to optimize campaigns, increasing ROI for both clients and publishers alike.
• Launch, recruit affiliates and publishers, maintain, and manage trafficking, reporting, marketing, reporting optimization and analysis.
• Manage all phases of the company’s external and internal affiliate programs through all phases.

Experience and Education:

• Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in affiliate management, including development and growing/scaling programs in Finance, Insurance
• Expertise using affiliate network platforms

• Bachelor's Degree, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field

Computer Software/Hardware:

• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• SQL Server Management Studio or other database software packages
• Programming languages eg. SQL, HTML
• SAS or other analytics software packages

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

• Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time, talking, hearing constantly.
• Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs. on occasion
• Must be able to sit in front of computer monitor (s) daily
• Sitting and or standing for long periods of time.
