Business Development (South Florida)

Building Maintenance Company is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing business development team in South Florida. We are a dynamic and fast-paced company with a passion for delivering outstanding building maintenance services to our clients.

As a Business Development Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a variety of areas, including cold calling, professional email marketing, and attending B&I meetings. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and presenting proposals to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential new business opportunities
• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and schedule appointments
• Write and send professional email marketing campaigns to engage with potential clients
• Attend B&I meetings and present proposals to decision-makers
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous sales or marketing experience a plus
