The Director of Information Technology candidate will have 2-5 years of IT experience in high volume environments and should have experience working with large, branded hotels or resorts. The ideal candidate will also possess qualities such as honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction. In addition to these qualities, they must also be technically knowledgeable and familiar with POS systems, Micros, NEC phones, Hotel Networks etc.

Qualifications:

· 2-5 years of IT experience in a high-volume atmosphere is necessary for the Director of Information Technology

· A requirement for the Director of Information Technology is experience working with either a large, branded hotel or resort.

· The Director of Information Technology must be always available to the operation

· Honesty, integrity, and a love for customer satisfaction are all qualities that the Director of Information Technology should possess

· The Director of Information Technology should have a firm grasp on IT infrastructure and knowledge of systems including: POS, Micros, NEC phone, Hotel Networks, VOIP, AV Equipment, Credit Card Processing, and troubleshooting.
