Heights House Hotel is looking for an experienced hotel Sales Executive to manage the sales and marketing efforts of our select service nightlife and events themed boutique hotel. We are shaking up the "traditional" hotel experience! You will be the face of the hotel to the corporate community and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from attracting new customers to managing the RFP process to closing deals and ensuring guests have a positive experience. Be part of and gain experience working with our F&B and events team to bring in and promote social mixers, private events and hotel curated festivals. RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):

• Business Development: uncovering clients and closing deals to bring both corporate and leisure business to the property
• Creating and maintaining relationships with travel industry associations
• Developing a marketing plan to promote the hotel’s brand and create a pathway to increase business
• Conducting market research related to travel trends and competition in the industry
• Assisting in the development of pricing strategies, such as setting rates based on seasonality or fluctuations in supply and demand
• Work with the management team to create special events that will expose the hotel to local businesses

WHAT YOU BRING:

Education & Experience:

- Multi-year Sales & Marketing experience in a hospitality setting

- Communication, negotiation and leadership Skills

-Business or Marketing degree is a Plus but Not Required

-Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, or Boutique hotel sales experience

-Good understanding of social media and ability to manage social media promotions

-Understanding and capacity to design documents

-Excellent writing skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
