Maine Properties is currently looking for a Director of Sales to join our team. Maine Properties is an industry leader serving Southern Maine since 1981 in providing rental management, condominium management, maintenance, exterior and remodeling services. Tasks:

• Organize workload for estimators and assist estimators in closing deals
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Lead, manage, train, hold accountable and oversee all aspects of sales and sales operations in organization
• Orient and train employees
• Possess deep knowledge of bidding techniques and material bid pricing; responsible for all bids that go out the door
• Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
• Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
• Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
• Maintain a pipeline full of sales

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
• Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

Education:

· Bachelor degree in relevant field

Experience:

• 7 to 10 years of sales experience in an executive-level position such as a Sales Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
