• Motivational Speaker Sale Director Needed.

We are a seminar, training and motivational speaking firm that has trainings and conferences with medium to large organizations.

This a Sales Director Position. This position can be full or part time. It is a remote position where the Sales director will be calling on companies middle to large to sell sales training and motivational speaking seminars. It is a commission only position with a very lucritive compensation plan. Representatives will be able to make an uncapped commission on each sale closure. Sales representatives will make 20% of the sale to the companies while our speakers will take care of the seminars.

Deals are between $8,000 - $20,000 depending on the size of the company. 2-4 deals should be closed per month and target is $200K plus for representatives.

You should apply if you are great at cold calling and able to get into the door.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
