Overview:

Levi Technologies is a start-up software company focused on creating innovative and user-friendly applications to help colleges and universities streamline their process. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Director of Sales, Marketing, & Strategy to join our team and create and manage a sales, marketing, and strategy plan for PocketRA™, an B2B app designed to streamline daily tasks for RAs in college dorms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a plan to drive sales and meet the company's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales, marketing, and strategy plan for PocketRA™, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the development team to understand the product and ensure that it meets the needs of the target market.
  • Utilize LinkedIn to develop and maintain relationships with potential customers and promote the app.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the app and increase brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development plans.
  • Utilize past experience as a resident assistant in college to inform the development of the sales and marketing plan and ensure that it meets the needs of RAs and their daily tasks.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding sales and marketing performance, budget, and potential issues or risks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a B2B sales and marketing leader in the software development industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience with LinkedIn is required.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies and tactics, with the ability to develop and implement creative and effective campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Past experience as a resident assistant in college is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
