The Social Services Director plays an important and trusted role in the lives of our residents and their families. As the Social Services Director you will be actively involved in the pre-admission and admissions processes. You will listen to and act compassionately with residents and their family members while providing induvial and group help when needed.

What you will bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field required
• Experience working with the elderly highly preferred
• Strong ability to manage, multi-task and communicate effectively
• Excellent work ethic, intense drive and initiative for quality service

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
