Summary

B&B Power is an employer providing growth opportunities for talented utility workers while also providing construction project leadership for our clients.

We are seeking a Division Manager, working out of Gladstone, MI. The Division Manager will provide oversight, work activity coordination, and technical support to deliver utility projects throughout the Midwest.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders and multiple project teams.
• Build strong relationships with clients, labor unions and workforce.
• Estimating Distribution, Substation and Transmission Projects.
• Manage finances, cost engineering, scheduling, environmental considerations, regulatory agency requirements, labor problems, public and client relations.
• Responsible and accountable for overall division performance including, scope, quality, schedule, and Profit/Loss.
• Manage equipment fleet and tools.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, BS/BA in Engineering, Business Management, or related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in electrical utilities construction and management.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Excel Programs.
• Proficient in cost and scheduling programs.
• Knowledge of project management concepts and principles.
• Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgement, and solve problems.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Able to demonstrate business acumen and communicate effectively across multiple levels, both internally and externally.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
• Must complete a background investigation and successfully complete drug screenings.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
