Position Title: Document and Record Coordinator
Location: Lexington, KY

Position Summary: Downtown Lexington law firm is looking for a Document and Record
Coordinator to assist with drafting legal documents, requesting certain records pertinent to our cases, and document management.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of office experience.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and database software.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects.
  • Attention to Detail: accuracy of work is important.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Proficient in Adobe PDF Pro, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
