About the Position: This is an exciting opportunity to work with our creative team and gain experience with E-commerce, Marketing language, Copywriting, the beauty industry, and Social Media Marketing.

Responsibilities
· Website Management - Upload new products to our website, manage Shopify listings and theme updates
· Maintain and update product information database regularly, ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
· Make sure that all product content and website elements are consistent and displayed correctly throughout all pages
· Assist content, design, and e-commerce departments in planning and producing content and visual materials for marketing campaigns across the company’s website, social media page, email promotions, and ads
· Create copy for Copywriters when needed
· Monitor the sales performance of our online shop
· Write sales reports
· Perform basic on-site optimization when needed
· Collaborate with the e-commerce technical support to resolve errors when necessary
· Assist E-Commerce team with fulfilling shipping requests, Customer Support Requests
· Assist E-Commerce & Social Media departments with any requests.
Requirements
· Ability to collaborate and strategize with team members effectively
· Independent, reliable self starter
· Highly organized & clean
· Understanding of Shopify metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and cart abandonment rate
· Fluent with Google Programs (Sheets, Docs, Gdrive)
· Basic knowledge of SEO, HTML, CSS best practices
